Rates are for double occupancy. Additional breakfasts for $15 per person.
Dietary restrictions can/will be accommodated with prior knowledge and additional fee of $12 per person, for the additional breakfast options to be created.
A $30 charge applies to each additional guest per room/night for the Bayberry & Canterbury Rooms. All rates are subject to 10% occupancy tax.
Enjoy the 24 hour guest kitchenette area and coffee/tea bar, during your stay.
Children, ages 12+, are welcome with prior arrangements with the Innkeeper.
Smoking permitted outside only in designated areas, ashtrays available..
We have a Ramp for guests that use a wheelchair & the Plum Blossom Room has a walk-in shower (with a small step) we also have a shower chair available. The common areas can be accessed without use of any stairs. Please contact the Innkeeper for further details or with questions.
Electric Car Charging Available 240V EV Plug In for Guests (bring your plug). Let us know ahead of time to save that spot for you.
Small RV parking can be accommodated based on availability.
The living room and all guest rooms have flat screen tv’s and USB charging stations bedside. Please be courteous of other guests when adjusting the volume on your devices or when enjoying the common areas of the Inn.
We welcome small pets in the Garden Room that has a private entrance to the front veranda. Pets are not allowed in any shared areas of the Inn. Pets must be crate trained and left in their crate if left alone in the room. Our experience as puppy fosters has been invaluable but we know that some pets experience separation anxiety when left alone and they bark or mark to show their discomfort. In such a case, it is not fair to the other guests and therefore, your pet would need to be removed.
An additional fee of $25 will be charged per pet per night.
All damages caused by a pet will be the financial responsibility of the guests that brought the furry friend. Please clean up the yard areas after your pooch, using our complimentary waste bags. You must let us know ahead of time that your are bringing your 4 legged family member. We will supply them with their own blanket and “clean up “bags 🙂

For Reservations made through a booking engine, please contact them directly to cancel your booking.
For all bookings made directly through our website, please email us directly.
Due to Covid-19 we are providing Self-Check-Ins and Self-Check Outs to limit exposure to a minimum. Please let us know in advance if you require help with your luggage, we are happy to put our masks on and be available to help!
Check in anytime after 3:00 p.m.. We can available to assist in check-ins from 3-8:00 should you require help with your luggage or prefer us to be present. Late arrivals, after 8:00 p.m. will be provided with self check-in instructions. Early check-ins can be accommodated with prior approval for a fee of $28, but no earlier than 1:00pm.
Check Out is by 11:00 a.m.
Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s lodging for each room at the time of the booking. Guests will receive a confirmation via email when the booking is confirmed.
We require at least twenty (20) days notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations received less than twenty days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge for each night we are unable to re-book the room(s). An Administration Fee of $25 will be applied to every cancellation.
We require all changes to reservations & cancellations in writing via email to Innkeeper@baybeeryinn.com
No Shows are charged full price for each night of the entire reservation for confirmed reservations.
We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. You may find a large selection of Trip Insurance options on SquareMouth.com to cover any losses if a cancellation becomes necessary. *We do not represent ANY insurance company and advise you to know your options.
