Barbara Tricarico has only been in Ashland a few years. She and her lovely husband Bill Tricarico moved here from Virginia where Barbara published her first book on Quilting called Quilts of Virginia. She’s at it again and just published a beautiful coffee table book Ashland, Oregon. After only meeting
twice and falling in love with her and her book, I was so excited to be able to host a book signing for her.
Take Home a Bit of Ashland With You!
Book Signing Event
Meet author Barbara Tricarico at BAYBERRY INN‘S first wine-tasting event. Eden Vale Winery will pour wine between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23. Copies of “Ashland, Oregon” will be available for sale, and Barbara will be happy to autograph books for you. Granite Tap House has generously donated some lovely appetizers for our event as well. A portion of book sales will be donated to the Friends of the Animal Shelter, http://www.fotas.org/ Bayberry Inn is located at 438 N Main St, Ashland, Oregon 97520.
Fodor’s Travel just named Ashland one of the “Top Ten Best Small Towns in America.” Barbara’s book will show you why! She and over 33 area photographers contributed jaw-dropping images of the region. The award-winning cover photo by John Kirk invites you to stroll through Lithia Park. The photos reveal a slice of Ashland, including OSF, SOU, downtown, the Railroad District, community events, and the beautiful mountains and lakes that surround Ashland. This exquisite photography book has been a local favorite since the holidays, selling out frequently at many shops and bookstores. Because of the book’s romantic and magical feel, locals and visitors alike will want to take “Ashland, Oregon” home with them and place it on their coffee tables (and in their hearts forever). Books can be purchased at the Bayberry Inn Book Signing, directly from Barbara at www.barbaratricarico.com, at the Ashland Art Center, Advanced Photo & Imaging, and at many other local gift and bookstores.
Thank You Cornelius Matteo of C Matteo Photography for the wonderful photos.
