6/2023 Wonderful in every way! I love this B&B! The owners are delightful, warm, friendly, creative people who crafted a delicious breakfast every morning (with thoughtful dietary accommodations for those who need it). We stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed the beautiful seated breakfast where we met new friends, as well as the to-go breakfast that the hosts prepared for our departure morning – and all of these meals were scrumptious with lots of variety and flavor! The hosts provided lots of nice amenities, and they communicated very thoroughly and kindly before, during, and after our stay. The house has a sweet, charming coziness and is well kept, clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated being just a 10-minute walk from downtown Ashland including lots of shops and restaurants, plus beautiful Lithia Park and the Shakespeare Festival. It was a wonderful stay all around! We highly recommend this lovely inn.
6/2023 4 day get away. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Bayberry Inn. From early pre-trip communications and creating custom outings for our mini vacay to our trip to the airport on the way home…..all details were thoroughly planned and executed. Meals were delicious. Hosts, Billy and Jacqui are warm and welcoming and obviously enjoying being Innkeepers. Wonderful place to stay!!! And the beds was super comfortable.
6/2023 Fabulous inn and wellness retreat in Ashland! We had such a wonderful time at the Bayberry Inn/Oregon Wellness Retreat! Jacqui and Billy are so friendly and attentive while you’re there, but it’s also the process of setting everything up that makes it amazing. Jacqui asked all of our preferences and setup our fabulous meals out (we can’t recommend Lovejoy’s Teahouse enough!!), theater experiences and any other activities or excursions that we wanted to do! The in-house made spa/bath products are also really lovely and made my skin so happy. Ashland and the inn itself are just gorgeous too! Do yourself a favor, go to Ashland, and stay at the Bayberry Inn!
5/2023 Perfect stay! So I did TONS of research before deciding that the Bayberry Inn would be the perfect place for me to stay while in the Ashland/Medford area and my research was successful because I had the most amazing stay here!! … (Full, long, review on TripAdvisor)…The Bayberry Inn is located towards the north of town but still walkable to everything! Parking was super easy – there is parking for each room at the inn: one in front, two parallel on the side of the house and then 2 normal parking spots also on the side of the house. I came and went many times from the Inn and alway had super easy parking. It is in a nice, safe area and was well lit and quiet. They have a lovely outdoor area where you can eat your meals outside or indoors. Their garden has many nice places to relax and sit with even a hammock. They have a small gift shop and you can also purchase add ons like a charcuterie platter snack or have them arrange to have a massage therapist come or borrow their complimentary bicycles. Overall this was the most lovely of stays and I plan to stay at The Bayberry Inn the next time I’m in the area. It is well worth the short drive from Medford as The Bayberry Inn is superior to all of the accommodations there.
2/2023 We loved everything! Ideally located near the historic town of Ashland and Lithia Park, we were able to walk to dinner and enjoyed a stroll through the park. The innkeepers, Billy and Jacqui, were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the opportunity to visit with the other guests. We were only able to stay one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future
3/2023 Cozy Rooms We loved our stay at the Bayberry Inn! The Inn has a cozy vibe and plenty of space to relax and hangout with family or friends. Located a short walk from parks, shops, and frequent events and parades. It was a perfect fit for our trip and we felt very rested and recharged after!
3/2023 March Trip This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here and it was great as always! Very welcoming hosts and clean & comfortable rooms. Food is wonderful. Looking forward to my next trip. It’s great to see the town in all different times of the year.
12/2022Fabulous Inn With Caring Staff. What a fantastic Inn!! Aside from the lovely furnishings and top notch food, Jacqui and Billy are spectacular hosts. Their kindness and attentiveness made our daughter’s trip to Oregon so fabulous, that we all stopped there on the way back to California. Truly a magical place with wonderful and caring staff. Could not recommend it highly enough!
8/12/22 The BEST BnB in Southern Oregon It is difficult to describe excellence in a few short sentences but here goes: Location: just a few short blocks and easy walk to downtown, Lithia Park and the Shakespeare Theaters. Rooms and grounds: the rooms are very well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. They main lobby is incredible with a beautiful chess set and places to sit and dig the amazing vibe. Billy and Jacqui: We brought our small dog and Billy and Jacqui left us a letter for her with a welcome box which included a dog treat! They were very accommodating with our little pup and we very much appreciate that touch. They made sure we were all set before leaving us to explore. Food: homemade truffles at checkin. Incredible coffee with Deneen custom mugs, and a breakfast that will leave you satisfied and fulfilled. It was truly scrumptious. Thank you Bayberry Inn for an amazing stay. We will be back
8/22 Every base covered! My son and I ventured down to Ashland to see some plays during the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Bayberry Inn was close enough we could walk to town and the theaters. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room we stayed in was filled with everything a traveler could possibly need. I highly recommend the charcuterie board for travelers rolling in late. Morning breakfasts were superb and served on a shaded verandah by wonderful hosts. Highly recommend this for those who want a little luxury and elegant style. The beds so aided restful sleep. Five stars from us. We hope to return here
7/22Lovely Inn Gracious Management Everything about the Bayberry Inn was gracious and charming, while maintaining exceptional Covid protocols. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the porch outside our room. Comfortable bed, nice lotions and toiletries. Welcoming environment with guide books and a coffee/tea bar in the sitting room. We felt pampered.
7/24/22 Fantastic B & B! My wife and I just finished a 5 night stay at Bayberry. We can only echo what others have said. Billy and Jacqui are great hosts. The inn is cozy and comfortable and very well located (a 10 minute walk to the center of town). And, oh the breakfasts! Billy is the chef and he is excellent. Each breakfast was unique, no repeats, and all were very good. We’ll return!
6/24/22 Charm, comfort and cuisine! We have just spent a week at this wonderful B & B. Innkeepers Billy and Jacki extend a welcome from your arrival. Our room was comfortable with chairs, lighting, a good bed, and treats. Each breakfast was a gourmet delight. We enjoyed great conversations around the table with other guests and the innkeepers.
Everything in the inn is clean and inviting. It’s an easy walk to the theatres, shops and restaurants.
We stayed with friends here and gathered nightly in the grand living room to talk over our day. Another night we bought food to picnic on the back deck hand.
It’s the best.

“What an amazing place. The owners are amazing and really make this bed and breakfast feel like home and staying with family. It was such a memorable time spent. Rooms: Room was Very nice and had a very cozy feeling. The beds was very comfortable and warm with great sheets and pillows. And all it was very clean as well. Safety: The safety of the place with great and Parking was almost right next to your room which makes you feel great when you are in a new place.Walkability: The walk ability of this place is amazing. It’s like a 10min or less walk to downtown Ashland Oregon. Downtown is amazing with lots of food and drink options with amazing stores to walk around.”

“The Bayberry Inn is a treasure in Ashland, providing a warm, friendly, boutique experience for travelers. We loved our stay so much, we added an extra night so we could continue to enjoy the ambiance and many things to offer within Ashland. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. I would rate the breakfast as gourmet, colorful, brilliant, and full of flavor. Breakfasts can also be made vegetarian, which was perfect for my vegetarian family! The spa provisions and hand-crafted lotions, oils, and others were lovely and very high-quality – I definitely brought some home! I highly recommend Bayberry and hope others may also enjoy all it has to offer.”

“The B & B house was amazing. we had never stayed in a B & B before, however, we will make every attempt to in the future. The decor was extraordinary. We marveled at the wallpaper/paint, carpets and decorations all fit in w each other. We were in awe of a person who could foresee and decorate w such style. There is a beautiful and peaceful backyard. We walked by one afternoon and a deer was sitting in the yard relaxing. Breakfasts were very delicious. We met such a wonderful couple at breakfast. Turns out we had so much in common that we spent 2 hours talking. We hope to visit them in the future and of course staying at Bay Berry Inn on the way.”
“Lovely couple that owns/runs the inn were very hospitable and provided a delicious breakfast. They had accommodation that allowed us to park outside our room with easy access our vehicle. We enjoyed having our dinner on the porch and reading while sitting in the rocking chair. It felt like home.”

It’s conveniently located in downtown Ashland. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Lithia Park. The key less entry was convenient, bottomless coffee/tea bar was appreciated and gourmet truffles in room was a sweet surprise. The gourmet breakfast, oh my goodness….DELICIOUS!” S.

From Melissa: It took me a while to get to writing this review, but it’s still heartfelt! We are a local foundation in Ashland and were looking for a place to hold our holiday party, and we found it at the Bayberry Inn! They took care of all the catering, in house! They were very kind about the many food needs of our people and they laid it out nicely on the large table and had great seating all round the main room, so we could all mingle or just sit. The holiday decorations were wonderful. We rented out the Inn for the evening, so some of our colleagues who lived farther away decided to actually stay there and they raved about the cozy rooms and delicious breakfast. Jaqui and Billy were warm and inviting and made us feel like we were hanging out in our own living room. Some of us braved the winter and sat around the fire table outside and were able to stay warm. It’s nice to have that extra space. We would definitely have another function there and maybe in the spring/summer where we could take advantage of their back garden, too!

“This is a beautiful Inn and the value was great. My hubs and I were some of the first guests under new ownership (Jacqui and Billy) and they are on their way transitioning the space to an Inn that is more versatile, unique, and modern; however, none of the charms of a traditional B&B were lost as of our visit. The innkeepers were helpful and eager to meet our needs and requests. Jessica in the kitchen made really nice breakfasts. I recommend this as a really good place to stay!” S.S.
